Attention to Candidates Who Want to Obtain a FR Number

Candidates who have a Turkish Republic Identification Number or possess Pink/Blue Cards and/or have identification number starting with 9, issued by the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, do not receive a FR number.
Candidates who have previously obtained a FR number from ÖSYM but have lost it must reapply with the YU Acquisition Form to obtain a new one.

2. To complete the process of obtaining a FR Number, please submit this document to an ÖSYM Exam Coordination Office.
